Huigao Magnetics has 500 employees and 13 production lines for wound components. We produce more than 1 million transformers per month. We also have 15 PCB production lines and a 2,000 square meter clean room manufacturing facility, which are equipped with X-ray inspection, laser inspection and 3D solder paste inspection machines, spiral dough mixer solder ball mounting systems and other processing equipment for the components assembly service. Six of the assembly lines are high-speed/long run lines placing 370,000 pieces per day at a rate of 12-14,000 pieces at 0.28-0.24 seconds per chip.
